Mezcla Collective’s mission is to support and advocate for Latine artists in Central Washington. Our vision is to create a safe space to collaborate and come together. The collective’s members are Cindy Lemus, Rosie Saldana, Esmeralda Vasquez, Victoria Urrutia, and H.R. Emi.
