The Studio Seattle

The Studio Seattle provides intimate, intensive actor training in a rigorous yet supportive environment, cultivating skilled, confident performers. Our faculty are all working professionals with MFAs and substantial teaching experience, including our founder, Andrew Tsao, who taught for many years at the University of Washington.

Rooted in Seattle’s vibrant arts community, The Studio Seattle fosters a welcoming, collaborative atmosphere where local actors of all backgrounds can grow, connect, and contribute to the city’s thriving theatre scene.

The Studio Seattle has been a Shunpike-affiliated group since February 2026.
