Community Clayworks

Community ClayWorks will be a fully equipped pottery studio committed to creating an inclusive and enriching environment through a variety of offerings, including open access to members, classes, mentorship, gallery exhibitions, and community events. These programs are designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and personal growth for artists of all levels. To ensure that financial barriers don’t prevent access to the studio, we will offer equity memberships and scholarships, making the studio a sustainable and accessible space for everyone. Our board, a cohesive and collaborative group of dedicated individuals, has been working passionately to ensure that the project remains sustainable, accessible and aligned with our mission statement: “to foster an inspiring and inclusive community by providing a welcoming studio space where artists of all levels can explore, create, and promote the practice of ceramic arts.” Through collaboration and artistic expression, we aim to enrich lives and celebrate the transformative power of ceramics in our community.

Community Clayworks has been a Shunpike-affiliated group since 2025.
