Shunpike’s Storefronts & Artist Residencies at 1405 4th Ave centers work grounded in social commentary, personal memory, and cultural heritage. Featuring Rohena Alam Khan (1971), Carlos Martínez, Kelly Haejung Paik, Lalitha Art Studio, and Nicole Nora Art, the space functions as both working studio and gallery—layered with vivid color, symbolism, and narrative depth. Across painting, surrealism, digital collage, and interdisciplinary storytelling, the artists explore diaspora, intimacy, environmental connection, and lived experience across geography and time.

1405 4th Ave also features a window installation from Niki Keenan.
