Laura Hammarlund
Laura Hammarlund is a member of the Leadership Giving team for Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF), raising money for type one diabetes research. She earned a BA in Drama from the University of Washington and an MFA in Arts Leadership from Seattle University. As a Seattle native, Laura feels fortunate to have grown up in a thriving arts community and is passionate about supporting artists in their creative endeavors. She can be found at home with her husband, John, and their cat, Blue. In addition to cheering on her two adult children, Laura enjoys vigorous walking, puttering in the yard, and challenging others to a spirited cornhole match.
