Global Artists Collective

Global Artists Collective creates opportunities for cross-cultural dialogue, shared artistic experiences, and collaboration.  We elevate traditional and contemporary performing artists, their innovative programs, public performances, and community engagement (Outreach), including interactive educational workshops.  We especially acknowledge the universal influence and evolution of Black artistry, and its stylistic expressions in other cultures.  In addition to booking, management, and promotion, Global Artists Collective provides Artist Services such as grant procurement and administration, event production (e.g., concerts in theatres; mini festivals; workshops and master classes), recording and rehearsal studio access, videography, and graphic design.  Rob Pastorok of Global Artists Collective owns Paradise Valley Studios (Woodinville WA) which has served several Grammy-winning and nominated Artists.  Artists on the Global Artists Collective roster specialize in:

•       African cultural drum & dance
•       Fusion of Zimbabwean or Algerian music styles with Hip Hop or Blues, respectively
•       Traditional Spanish Flamenco music & dance
•       Eastern European Folk & Jazz fusion
•       Soul/R&B, Jazz & Hip Hop fusion; and roots Hip Hop music & dance
•       Multi-disciplinary dance theatre, multi-media performance art, and more

Global Artists Collective manages Outreach programs through collaboration with other arts organizations or direct connections with schools (elementary through university), libraries, and community centers.  Artistic Directors who lead featured Global Artists Collective ensembles and their programs include Arzelia Jones Jr, Marcus Sharpe, Marvin Shields Jr, and Rob Pastorok.  All are also performers themselves.  See VIDEO of our studio

Global Artists Collective has been a Shunpike-affiliated group since July 2025.
